Car Restoration
- My Passion
I have been working on
cars for as long as I can remember. From helping to wash them
as a little child, through helping my Dad firstly with
maintenance and later with larger tasks like upgrades, minor
refurbishments to engine rebuilds.
In 1987 after a
friend wrote off my car I needed a new one and as a student
couldn't afford to just pay for one or indeed to get a car
done so I read some books, found a new body shell and
embarked on a full restoration. I am very proud of what I
achieved as the car a P76 was to win both the outright and
people's choice awards at the concourse. P76s remain a passion
and you can see all
about
my adventures with them here.
This then lead to
doing cars for others as well as myself including Fords,
Holdens, Jaguars, a VW Golf, a Peugeot 405 and lots more P76s.
The cars have consequently won many trophies for this work
including Jaguar, VW and P76 Concours events at the highest
levels and feature articles in Street Machine magazine. Also
many happy friends and customers.
Over time I will be
adding to this section to showcase my skills and cars for now
have a
look
at the P76s and below is a couple of photos of the latest
work.
